According to the production and sales data of new energy vehicles disclosed by BYD on the evening of November 3, the total installed capacity of power batteries and energy storage batteries of new energy vehicles in October 2022 is about 10.188GWh, and the cumulative installed capacity in 2022 is about 67.681GWh. The total installed capacity of NEV power batteries and energy storage batteries in October last year was about 4.557GWh, and the cumulative installed capacity in the first 10 months of last year was about 27.990GWh.
Byd has previously said it plans to produce 312GWh of power batteries in 2022. On October 10, BYD announced the production and sales volume in September 2022, among which the total installed capacity of NEV power batteries and energy storage batteries in September 2022 was about 8.610GWh.
