At the same time, the company also announced that Detai Energy Storage and Professor Jia Chuankun from Changsha University of Science and Technology plan to jointly invest and establish Zhangjiagang Detai Energy Storage Equipment Co., LTD., which is mainly engaged in the industrialization and commercialization of vanadium REDOX flow battery technology. The proposed registered capital is 50 million yuan, including: Detai Energy Storage invested 44 million yuan in the form of currency, kind, land use right and intellectual property rights, holding 88%; Professor Jia Chuankun invested 6 million yuan (12 percent) with all his patent rights.
